Remi Ademiju is an innovative and entrepreneurial leader dedicated to personal, organizational, and social development. 

He was the Executive Director of SME100 Africa, where he facilitated growth for small businesses. 

His roles at Softcom included leading initiatives in driving educational & financial inclusion and corporate social responsibility during the COVID-19 pandemic shortly after leading business performance and people management.
