Goodness “Ada” Armstrong is a Talent Investor, HR & Culture Advisor for Startups, and an ecosystem builder.

She is the founder of Careerspace Africa, a company focused on supporting African students get equipped and ready to launch successful careers and Innovations. She is also a founding Partner at StartupHR Africa.

Goodness is passionate about talent development and connecting skilled individuals to opportunities and helping organizations build great places to work. She believes in the African Startup ecosystem and has been committed to enabling startups and founders build, grow and scale with the right talent and the right culture.

She started her career in  business advisory and culture consulting with Great Place to Work Africa before joining Microsoft as a HR Business Partner.

She was named in the Top 50 HR influencers in Nigeria and has been very vocal on shaping talent and culture conversations in the workplace on multiple tech platforms as a panelist and a moderator.

Goodness is a first-class graduate of International Relations from the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka and holds a Masters in International Human Resource Management from Brunel Business School (London). She is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School (Leadership & Management Program) and a Fellow of The Peace-Tech Accelerator-Washington, DC.

The Olushola is a multipotentialite and serial entrepreneur who has founded and built a number of successful businesses across the food and fashion industry. He is a business consultant per excellence, and an exceptional speaker, who focuses on business profitability and self-leadership. He reaches millions of people monthly through his podcasts and mentorship platform.

The Olushola is also the convener of “Positioning For Profit”, an SME Masterclass for elite business owners designed to help them scale their businesses. His authenticity as a multipotentialite has seen him work with several notable cooperation from Fintech, to Edutech brands, food and fashion Brands.

Away from building enterprises, Olushola is an ordained Pastor at Celebration church; one of the fastest growing ministries on the continent. He is privileged to serve as Resident Pastor for one of the Lagos branches.

She is the founder and lead trainer of the Global “20 Days Linkedin Growth Program with Haoma,” her signature training program, which she has used to directly impact over 4000 people in 28 countries around the world, including the United States, UK, Canada, Kenya, Cyprus, and others. This community is arguably one of the largest communities on LinkedIn worldwide.

According to Favikon, a global AI creator marketing platform, Haoma is the No. 1 Linkedin growth expert in her country, one of the 20 most powerful women on Linkedin, one of the top 200 Linkedin creators worldwide and one of the top 100 Linkedin creators in Nigeria (no, 2 precisely). 

In 2020, she received the United Nations Summer Academy scholarship from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Upon graduation from Covenant University, Haoma received the Wings Award for social action and development, along with an outstanding brand award for Envisage Hub, a social enterprise that she used to keep thousands of young talents informed and prepared for regional and global career development opportunities. Haoma was also nominated for the Commonwealth Youth Awards for Excellence in Development Work in 2020.

Beyond her business endeavours, Haoma is the convener of The Light Conference, a summit of Kingdom entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, and industry leaders where they are connected with strategies they need to emerge as one of the top 1% in their sectors and establish God’s glory on earth.

In 2021, Haoma received the 25 under 25 award from SME100 Africa in the social entrepreneurship category for her dedication to people development. She also received the Future Forward Female 25 under 25 Award, celebrating her exceptional act of breaking barriers, leading boldly, and driving positive change in her sector of influence.  

As an influential young business leader, Haoma was one of the 19 female business leaders worldwide selected by Goldman Sachs to take part in their esteemed annual Growth Fellowship. She was also featured by She Leads Africa as one of the top 30 Motherland Moguls under 30 years old who are making a substantial impact and disrupting industries on the African continent.

 In 2022, she was listed as one of the top 60 African women in development by donors for Africa and one of the 30 most influential young people by the African Youth Development Group. She was also recognised by Selar as one of the top 100 creators on the African continent, thanks to her digital products, which have significantly impacted the visibility and professional branding of career and business professionals worldwide. Her two books, “Morning Star” and “10 Things I Wish I Knew Before Showing Up on LinkedIn,” have collectively reached a global audience of over 1,500 readers (as of August 2023).

Funto Ibuoye is a dynamic individual who has achieved remarkable success in various domains. Presently, she holds the esteemed position of CEO at Five28, a renowned global firm specializing in design, architecture, and property development, Funto leads a passionate team dedicated to creating transformative spaces for people to live and work in.

Funto is an alumni of Covenant University, where she graduated with a Second-Class Upper Degree in Accounting in 2010. Shortly thereafter, she attained her Chartered Accountant certification in 2011. Initially employed as an Accountant in the tech industry, Funto later embarked on a new adventure, transitioning to Brand Management at the renowned multinational company, L’Oreal. However, driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, Funto eventually founded her own organization, Five28.

Her exceptional contributions have garnered widespread recognition across notable platforms. In 2017, she was honoured as one of the most inspiring women in Nigeria by Ynaija & Leading Ladies Africa. In 2020, Mogulettes Africa celebrated her inclusion among the 100 Most Inspiring Moguls. The Richer Woman Inc. further acknowledged her impact, naming her one of the 100 Most Impactful Women in 2022. These accolades serve as a testament to Funto’s consistent dedication and influential presence within her field.

Beyond her role at Five28, Funto is the visionary force behind Recalibrate Academy, a faith-based business coaching initiative set up to raise kingdom minded, profitable and influential entrepreneurs who advance God’s agenda in the marketplace. Through her books, coaching programs, and speaking engagements, Funto has touched the lives of numerous individuals globally.

As an accomplished author, Funto has penned six impactful books, including notable titles such as “RECALIBRATE” and “SMALL GIRL, BIG GOD”

Victoria Ndu is an expert in youth empowerment and sustainable nation-building in sub-Saharan Africa. She is the host of Voices with Victoria,  Community Manager of 3MTT(3 Million Technical Talent, an initiative by the federal government driving the digital talents in the country). As a visionary social entrepreneur, development practitioner, and bestselling author, she has demonstrated her commitment to creating a positive impact.

Victoria’s notable achievements include being part of platforms committed to digital literacy in Africa, contributing to the empowerment of individuals through innovative programs like the Skill Acceleration Bootcamp and the “Not Too Young To Make Sense” secondary school tour.

Victoria has proven her leadership and dedication. Her three-fold mandate focuses on creating access points for youth development, enhancing business profitability, and advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG4 (Quality Education), SDG8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG1 (No Poverty).
